Shipping
Nabela Noor Home currently offers standard shipping only. Standard shipping will take approximately 3-8 days. At this time, we ship only within the United States with the hopes to expand in the future as our small business continues to grow.
Please keep in mind, packages may take longer to arrive surrounding national holidays and/or around holiday seasons depending upon the shipping companies and their delays.
Once your order is placed, please give us 1-2 business days to process your order. Once your order has been processed, our shipping warehouse will create your shipping label and send your order out for shipment. As soon as your package has shipped, we will send the tracking information to the email you provide at checkout.
Lost Orders + Orders in Transit
If your order has shipped and not arrived in the expected time frame, please allow an additional 1-2 days for COVID-19 related delays. If your product exceeds this range, please reach out to us with your order number at hello@nabelanoorhome.com and we will be sure to get back to you within 48 business hours.
Please keep in mind that when the orders leave our fulfillment center, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility to deliver your package on time, so please be patient if something happens on their end. We will do the best we can to get everything solved and your products delivered!
Nabela Noor Home is not responsible for, nor issue refunds or credits, for packages the carrier marks as delivered or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit. Please contact your local postal service to locate your order.
Wrong Address
If you place an order and realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at hello@nabelanoorhome.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address.
If your package ships before we receive an updated address from you, there is unfortunately nothing we can do to fix this. If the package is returned to our fulfillment center, we will resend to the correct address.
Returns
Nabela Noor Home has a 30-day return policy for items that qualify for returns, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your products to request a return. In order to be eligible for a return, your products must be in the same condition you received it in, unused with its original packaging. You will also need your order number as proof of purchase.
Your return will be refunded to the account you used at checkout after the return is received and reviewed. At this time, we do not accommodate online exchanges.
Requesting a Return
You will have 30 days to request a return from the time you received your products. Your products must be unused and in original condition and packaging in order to be approved. Once you have sent a request to hello@nabelanoorhome.com, including your order number, reason for return, and the name of the product you are returning, you will receive an email containing your shipping label if your return request has been approved.
Returning Your Product
After receiving your shipping label, you will be responsible to ship the package to our fulfillment center. Once we receive the product at our fulfillment center, we will review the product to make sure the product is in its original condition.
Once we have had time to review your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used to purchase the product. Please allow 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Processing
Please allow 1-3 business days to process and fulfill your orders before they are shipped using your selected shipping method at checkout. Our fulfillment team works Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM EST, excluding major holidays.
Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship out, we will send tracking information to the email provided.
Damages
Please inspect your products upon receiving and contact us at hello@nabelanoorhome.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take immediate action to fix the issue.

Nabela Noor Home is dedicated to supporting artisans locally and around the globe and in doing so many of the products we carry are handmade. Please keep in mind when shopping with us that each product is created uniquely with no two products being exactly the same.
While we can assure that the quality will be superb, we can’t promise each product will look exactly the same and that is what we love about our brand - here you can find something made special just for you.
